Borehole Maintenance in Beaulieu

Planning your Beaulieu property

For Beaulieu enquiries involving paddocks or stables, include livestock demand and wash-down use separately from household consumption. Show where a drilling vehicle can turn without disturbing fences or established landscaping.

Create a useful maintenance record

Keep the drilling log, pump model, installation details and previous yield-test results together. Record run times, tank-filling changes and recurring faults so a technician can compare current performance with the earlier baseline.

Define the service scope

Ask which checks are included for the borehole head, visible pipework, storage, controls and pumping performance. Pump retrieval, laboratory analysis, cleaning and electrical repairs should be priced separately where required.

Choose timing around operating conditions

Service needs depend on usage, water conditions and equipment instructions. Discuss a suitable interval and what changes should trigger an earlier inspection, such as increasing sediment or longer tank-filling times.

Follow up on reduced performance

If maintenance identifies declining output, request diagnosis before choosing cleaning, rehabilitation or pump replacement. Compare any proposed corrective work with the recorded symptoms and available test results.
